Why Replace Actuator And Clutch Belt Together
The W10913953 drives the splutch cam electrically to switch between agitate and spin. The W10721967 pulley and W10006384 belt carry that motion mechanically to the basket. When the actuator fails, the transmission never shifts and the clutch sits under load. When the belt slips, the new actuator still cannot spin the drum. Installing all three resets the entire shift and drive path, avoiding a second teardown two weeks later.

Installation Overview
