Important Fitment Note
DC93-00154A is the 3-wire Samsung heater canister. If your original assembly has 2 wires going to the heating coil, you need DC97-14486A (2-wire variant), not this part. Always photograph the old thermostat terminal count and wire count before buying.

Installation and Safety Note
WARNING: Turn off power at the breaker panel and lock it out before removing the rear panel. Photograph every wire position before disconnecting. Unbolt the old canister from the blower duct, lift it out, seat the new DC93-00154A assembly on the original gasket surface, reuse the original screws, reconnect spades exactly as photographed, then restore power and run a timed heat cycle to confirm recovery. If the new thermal fuse blows again, stop and check the exhaust vent for blockage before reordering.
